Woodminster Residence
A Thoughtful Transformation Rooted in Function and Flow
What began as a simple shower repair evolved into a full-scale transformation of this Woodminster condominium. The original floor plan featured a dated Jack-and-Jill setup—two vanities flanking a shared shower—that lacked privacy and efficiency. Our redesign reimagined the layout entirely, carving out two distinct, fully appointed bathrooms. The result was not only a dramatic improvement in daily functionality but also a significant enhancement in the home’s overall value and livability.
After a pandemic pause, the homeowner invited us back to take on the kitchen. To bring light and connection to the space, we removed the dividing wall between the kitchen and dining room, creating an airy, social hub where cooking and entertaining now flow seamlessly. A new patio door extends the living area outdoors, while a refreshed powder room and updated flooring unify the interiors.
The finishing touch came in the form of layered furnishings—soft textures, modern silhouettes, and warm wood accents that complement the home’s clean architecture. What started as a broken shower ultimately became a cohesive, contemporary retreat designed for both comfort and connection.
